Calves exercises
Standing and seated calf work, which are not the same exercise.
Calves exercises
Standing, with the knee straight, the load goes to the gastrocnemius; seated, with the knee bent, it shifts to the soleus. Programming only one of the two leaves half of it out, and it is the most common reason a calf stops progressing. These entries keep them apart and name the machine each one needs.
