Donkey Calf Raise
Position yourself in a donkey calf raise machine (or bend over with a partner sitting on your hips and lower back) with the balls of your feet on the platform and torso bent forward roughly 90 degrees, supporting your upper body on the pad. Press up onto your toes as high as possible, squeeze the calves, then lower until you feel a deep stretch.
