PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 23 June 2026
Welcome to Kaizer ("Kaizer," "we," "us"). We value your privacy and safeguard the personal information ("Personal Data") you entrust to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your Personal Data—as well as the rights you have under applicable law.
2.1 We never sell your Personal Data. We do not share it with third parties for cross-site behavioral advertising.
2.2 Transparency. We always tell you what we collect and why.
2.3 Your control. You can:
a) Delete your data: open Profile › Delete account. This erases your data, but it does not cancel any app-store subscription—you must cancel that directly in the store.
b) Edit your data: update or correct your physical and contact details in the app.
2.4 Trusted third parties only. We work exclusively with certified vendors bound by strict confidentiality agreements (listed below).
2.5 Contact. Reach us any time at support@kaizer.app.
This Policy applies to:
a) Use of the Kaizer app: planning, analysis, and updating of training routines.
b) Support requests and feedback sent via the app or by email.
c) Visits to our website: kaizer.app.
d) Interactions on our social-media accounts.
e) Subscription management: monthly or yearly plans.
Depending on how you interact with Kaizer, we may collect:
a) Contact details: name, surname, email, and phone number.
b) Physical data: age, height, and weight.
c) Gender (if you choose to provide it).
d) Training metrics: exercises, loads, repetitions, RIR, and routine adjustments.
e) Images or videos you capture in Kaizer for technique review.
f) Tokenized payment data when you use Stripe (Kaizer never stores card numbers).
g) Device identifiers and usage logs/events.
We use your data to:
a) Personalize and adapt your training routines.
b) Automatically adjust those routines based on performance.
c) Track and display your progress.
d) Improve our AI models and overall user experience.
e) Manage payments and subscription renewals.
f) Send relevant notifications about updates or new features.
Legal basis: your explicit consent and performance of the Service contract.
6.1 We work with:
a) Google Cloud Platform: hosting and databases.
b) Stripe: PCI DSS Level 1 payment processor.
c) Firebase / Google Analytics (Google LLC): app and website usage analytics and diagnostics. Enabled only with your consent.
d) Apple App Store and Google Play: process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
6.2 These partners act on our behalf and only for the purposes described above. Analytics (Firebase / Google Analytics) runs only with your consent, is never used for cross-site behavioral advertising, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
7.1 You may exercise the following rights:
a) Access and deletion directly in the app (Profile section).
b) Rectification, portability, or objection by emailing support@kaizer.app.
7.2 We will reply within two (2) to five (5) business days.
We keep your Personal Data while your account is active and for six (6) additional months after deletion for backups and potential claims. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and store passwords with secure hashing. Internal access is limited to essential staff using high-privilege credentials. Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe in certified PCI DSS Level 1 environments; Kaizer never stores card numbers.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. We will notify you by email at least seven (7) days in advance. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
11.1 No sale or sharing. Kaizer does not sell your Personal Data and does not share it for cross-site behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California's CCPA/CPRA. There is therefore no opt-out to enable, but we honor any "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request all the same.
11.2 Your rights. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what Personal Data we collect and how we use it, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
11.3 How to exercise them. You can exercise these rights from the app's Profile section or by emailing support@kaizer.app. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law.
For questions, concerns, or to exercise your rights, email us at support@kaizer.app.
