How Kaizer got here.

We founded Kaizer in Buenos Aires in 2024 around a shared belief: coaches should keep their judgment, while technology supports the repetitive work around each decision.

The team brings experience across professional sports, artificial intelligence, technology operations and product engineering.

Today Kaizer combines programming, tracking, chat, a client app and AI assistance. It is used by 1000+ trainers across 20+ countries, with 120k+ routines created.

We continue building a platform shaped around trainers: one place to train, track and grow the business while the professional stays in control.

But the industry has a scaling problem.

Real progress comes from training that fits the person doing it—their goals, their body, their schedule, their injuries, their preferences. That's what everyone wants, and it's what most people think they're paying for.

Coaches are forced to choose between quality and time, clients end up on generic templates, and "personalized" starts to mean "slightly edited." Not because coaches don't care, but because the tools haven't caught up with the reality of modern coaching.

We built Kaizer to change that.

Kaizer is an AI training platform that creates routines from goals, preferences, limitations and equipment, then adapts loads from each logged session. The coach reviews the context and keeps the final decision.

Kaizer combines programming, session logs, tracking, chat and a client app. AI uses sets, reps, RIR and estimated 1RM to propose the next adjustments, always under the coach's control.
