What is Kaizer?

What is Kaizer?

Kaizer is the all-in-one platform for trainers: it brings programming, tracking, chat and billing into one tool. Build routines by hand, reuse them, or let the AI draft the first version; when you turn it on, it adjusts weights and reps after every logged session using sets, RIR and estimated 1RM. The AI is one tool. The final word is always yours.

How Kaizer's AI works, in three steps.

Kaizer reads what the client did, recalculates the estimated 1RM, and leaves the next session ready to review.
