Yes. Pick “Manual”, set the sessions per week, the weeks and the start date, and fill each session with exercises, blocks, circuits, supersets and whiteboards. Everything you add can go into that week only or into every week that follows.
The sessions per week, the weeks, the minutes per session, the start date, your client's goal and experience, and if you want, their limitations and preferences. It also follows the preferences you save in your account, such as your equipment, your split and your favorite exercises. It's available from the Starter plan.
No. Every new routine stays a draft until you tap “Send”, and that's when they get a notification. There are two cases you choose: if you assign them a training plan, they get it right away, and if you turn on “Send AI routines without reviewing them”, AI routines reach them as soon as they're ready.

Only if you tap “Sync training plan”, for everyone or one at a time. Syncing replaces whatever you adjusted by hand in each client's routine and can't be undone; what they already trained is kept.
