Yes. Paste a YouTube link or upload an MP4 or MOV file of up to 10 MB, from the dashboard or from the trainer app.
No. You get a copy of your own with your changes, the original stops showing in your library and routines you already built don't change.
Yes: they see them in their routines with the video you added, and they can pick them when they replace an exercise. Other trainers don't see them.
Yes. You find the exercise by typing in English, Spanish or Portuguese: “press de banca” brings up Bench press.
It suggests exercises of the same type, first the ones that work the same muscle with the equipment the routine already uses, and leaves out the ones already in that session.
With color tags, up to 20 per exercise, and filters by muscle, equipment, type, difficulty and origin. Tags are created in the dashboard; in the app you assign and filter by them.
It shows with the name you gave it, the same in all three languages. Kaizer's exercises have their own name and description in each language.
