Yes. They see each session with the whiteboard, blocks, supersets, circuits and drop sets in your order. If your client swaps or adds an exercise from the app, that change stays in their routine.
Weight, reps, time or distance, depending on the exercise, plus notes per exercise. Values come filled in with what you prescribed, and changing one adjusts the sets after it.
When you set it to: at the end of each exercise, after each set or never, for all your clients or for one in particular. It only asks on weighted exercises that are not warm-ups or core work.
The rest keeps counting and alerts them when it ends. On iPhone they also see it on the lock screen, and from iOS 17 they can complete the set or skip the rest from there.
If they lose signal, the workout is not lost: it is saved on the phone and sent when the app is back online.
