Yes. Messages appear instantly, no reloading. Your clients get a notification in their app and you get one in the trainer app, from the Starter plan; on the web dashboard you see each conversation's unread counter.
Photos (JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC), videos (MP4, MOV, WEBM) and documents (PDF, Word, Excel, TXT, CSV), up to 50 MB each. You get 1 GB of space, which includes what your clients upload, and files are deleted a year after they are sent.
You do, with two or more of your clients and no cap on participants. Your clients cannot create groups, but they can leave one.
Yes. When you paste a link, the chat shows its title and image. If you would rather send the bare link in a message, remove the preview before sending.
You write it once in Automations, with a preview of how your client will see it, and it goes out over chat every time a new client links with you. It takes up to 2,000 characters.
No. The chat is between you and your clients. Kaizer's assistant helps you run the platform, but it does not write in your clients' chat.
