Common questions before you pick a plan

Basic costs USD 5 a month for up to 3 clients, or USD 4 a month with annual billing. It includes building routines by hand, with the AI still adjusting weight and reps after every session, plus tracking, the client app and Kaizer Assistant with 15 messages a day. AI routine generation, nutrition, the coach app, the marketplace and KaizerPartners start at Starter.

Yes. You upload the file and Kaizer builds the routine or training plan inside. It accepts PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT and images in JPEG, PNG or WEBP, up to 500,000 bytes per file. The legacy .doc and .xls formats are deliberately left out because the importer does not read those binaries: if you have one, save it as .docx or .xlsx and upload that. The file is never stored anywhere.

Yes. Kaizer supports USD, ARS, EUR and BRL, with local currency by country where applicable. Publishable payment methods are Stripe, Mercado Pago and card payments.
