Build the meal plan and the macros add up on their own.

Kaizer works out each client's daily target, adds up the macros of every meal and sends the plan to their app.

How a plan comes together.

What Kaizer works out and what you decide.

  1. The first option is the one that counts.

Each meal can have several options for your client to choose from. The day's totals are calculated from the first one.

  2. Never below 1,200 kcal.

You can type the target by hand instead of using the formula, but Kaizer won't save one below 1,200 kcal.

  3. You decide whether they see the numbers.

Turn off “Show macros to client” and your client sees the foods and amounts, without calories or macros.

  4. One week or all of them.

Add a meal, an option or a food to that day only, or to the same day in every week that follows.

You can change those values or type the target by hand, always from 1,200 kcal.

No. Kaizer gives you the tools to build the plan and send it to your client, but it doesn't diagnose anything or build diets to treat medical conditions. The allergies and restrictions you note in their profile are there for your reference while you build the plan; Kaizer doesn't filter foods by them.
