Standing Calf Raise Machine
Stand on the calf raise machine with the balls of your feet on the platform and heels hanging freely. Position your shoulders under the pads and brace your core. Start with heels lowered, then press through the balls of your feet to raise your heels as high as possible, squeezing the calves at the top. Lower your heels slowly to a full stretch and repeat with controlled tempo, avoiding bouncing at the bottom.
