Seated Leg Press Calf Raise
Sit in the seated or horizontal leg press machine with your back and hips fully supported. Place the balls of your feet on the lower edge of the platform with heels hanging off. Keep your knees slightly bent and unrack the weight. Lower your heels under control to feel a stretch in the calves, then press through the balls of your feet to raise your heels as high as possible. Pause briefly at the top, then lower slowly and repeat without resting the weight.
