Standing Calf Stretch

Standing Calf Stretch

Stand facing a wall and place both hands on it at chest height. Step one foot well back, keeping that leg straight and the heel pressed flat into the floor. Bend your front knee and lean your hips toward the wall until you feel a stretch in the calf of the back leg. Keep the back foot pointing straight ahead, hold the stretch, then switch legs.
