Foam Roll Calves
Sit on the floor with a foam roller placed under one calf and your hands behind you supporting your weight. Lift your hips and roll slowly from just above the ankle to below the back of the knee, covering the length of the calf. When you find a tender spot, pause and hold there for a few seconds while you breathe and relax the muscle. For more pressure, stack the other leg on top, and roll one calf at a time.
