Foam Roll Hamstrings
Sit on the floor with a foam roller positioned under the back of your thighs and your hands planted behind you for support. Lift your hips slightly and slowly roll from just below your glutes down toward the back of your knees. When you reach a tight spot, pause and breathe, optionally crossing one leg over the other to increase the pressure. Keep the movement slow and controlled, rolling the full length of the hamstrings.
