Foam Roll Lats
Lie on your side with a foam roller placed under your armpit, perpendicular to your body, and extend the bottom arm overhead with the thumb pointing up. Rest your top hand on the floor for support and slowly roll along the side of your back, targeting the lat muscle between the armpit and the lower ribs. Pause and breathe on tight spots, keeping the movement slow and controlled. Roll through the full length of the lat, then switch to the other side.
