Jump Rope

Hold the rope handles with your elbows close to your sides and the rope behind you. Use your wrists to swing the rope overhead and jump just high enough for it to pass under your feet. Land softly on the balls of your feet with knees slightly bent, keeping a steady rhythm. Increase pace or duration over time.
