Toe Walk

Stand tall and rise up onto the balls of your feet, lifting your heels as high as possible. Keeping your heels elevated and your body upright, walk forward with small controlled steps. Maintain balance by keeping your core braced and your ankles stable as you move down the floor. Use this drill to warm up and strengthen the calves and improve ankle control before lower-body training.
