Heel Walk
Stand tall and lift the balls of both feet off the floor so you are balancing on your heels. Walk forward in small, controlled steps, keeping your toes pulled up toward your shins the whole time. Stay upright with your core braced and avoid letting your forefoot touch down. Count each step as a rep and walk for the prescribed total.
