Pogo Hops
Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your legs nearly straight, keeping a stiff but springy ankle. Bounce continuously off the balls of both feet using mostly your ankles, keeping your knees only slightly bent like a pogo stick. Spend as little time on the ground as possible, rebounding quickly with each contact while staying upright. Use a small arm swing for rhythm and keep your hops low and rapid.
