Wall-Supported Tibialis Raise

Wall-Supported Tibialis Raise

Stand with your back and hips against a wall and walk your feet out a short distance, heels planted on the floor. Keeping your legs straight and your heels down, lift the front of your feet by pulling your toes up toward your shins as high as you can. Pause briefly at the top, feeling the muscle on the front of your shin work, then lower under control. Repeat for reps to strengthen the tibialis and protect the shins and ankles.
