Kettlebell Goblet Lunge
Hold a kettlebell against your chest by the horns in the goblet position, elbows tucked in. Step forward into a lunge, lowering until both knees form roughly ninety-degree angles and your back knee hovers just above the floor. Keep your torso upright and your front knee tracking over your toes. Push through your front heel to return to standing, then alternate legs or complete reps on one side before switching.
