TRX Biceps Curl
Face the anchor and grip both handles with palms up, leaning back with your arms extended and your body in a straight line. Keeping your upper arms fixed and elbows high, curl your body up toward the handles by bending only at the elbows. Squeeze your biceps at the top, then lower back down with control until your arms are straight again. Walk your feet forward to increase the angle and make the curl more challenging.
