Cable Straight Bar Biceps Curl
Attach a short straight bar to a low pulley. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart and grip the bar with a supinated grip (palms up) at shoulder width. Keep your elbows pinned to your sides and curl the bar up toward your shoulders, squeezing the biceps at the top. Lower slowly under control without leaning back or using momentum.
