High-to-Low Cable Fly

High-to-Low Cable Fly

Set both pulleys at the highest position and grip a single handle in each hand. Step forward into a split stance with a slight forward lean and arms out at shoulder height with a soft elbow bend. Bring the handles down and across in front of your hips, squeezing the chest at the bottom and feeling a strong stretch at the top. Return slowly with control. The downward arc biases the lower portion of the chest.
