Snatch-Grip Deadlift

Snatch-Grip Deadlift

Set up to a loaded barbell with a very wide grip, hands out near the collars, feet about hip width under the bar. Drop your hips lower than a conventional pull so your shoulders sit over the bar, brace hard and pull the slack out. Drive through the floor with the bar tracking close to your shins and thighs, keeping your back flat and arms straight the whole way. Lock out by extending the hips and knees together, then lower under control along the same path.
