Wall Push-Ups
Stand facing a wall and place your hands on it slightly wider than shoulder width at chest height. Step your feet back so your body forms a straight line on a slight incline. Bend your elbows to bring your chest toward the wall, then push back to the start. This is the easiest push-up regression, ideal for beginners building pressing strength with very little load.
