Hindu Push-Ups
Start in a downward-dog position with hips high, hands and feet on the floor wider than shoulders. Dive your chest down and forward in a sweeping arc, scooping it through close to the ground, then push up and back until your arms are straight and chest lifts toward the ceiling. Reverse the motion smoothly to return. This flowing push-up trains the chest, shoulders, and triceps while opening the spine and shoulders.
