Archer Push-Ups
Set up in a wide push-up position with hands placed far apart and fingers pointing slightly outward. Lower yourself toward one hand while keeping the opposite arm straight and extended out to the side. Push back up powerfully through the working arm, then alternate to the other side. Keep your core braced and hips level throughout to shift load onto a single pec and triceps.
