Incline Cable Curl
Set an incline bench a short distance in front of a low cable pulley and lie back against it holding the handle with an underhand grip, arm hanging straight down behind your torso. This stretched position keeps constant tension on the biceps from the start. Curl the handle up toward your shoulder by flexing only at the elbow, keeping your upper arm fixed behind your body. Squeeze at the top, then lower slowly to a full stretch without letting the cable yank your arm forward.
