Leg-raised crunch

Leg-raised crunch

Lie on your back with your legs extended and lifted about 30–45° off the floor. Keep your legs still as you engage your core and lift your upper torso, bringing your ribs toward your pelvis. Lower with control without fully resting your head. Targets the upper abs with extra tension due to the raised-leg position
