Weighted Crunches
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Hold a weight plate against your chest or with your arms extended upward. Engage your core and lift your shoulders a few inches off the ground, keeping your lower back on the floor. Lower with control. The added weight increases resistance and intensifies the upper-ab activation.
