Lying Leg Raises with ankle weights

Lying Leg Raises with ankle weights

Lie on your back with your legs lifted and bent at 90° (tabletop position). Wear ankle weights to add resistance while keeping your legs still. Engage your core and lift your upper torso, bringing your ribs toward your pelvis. Lower with control without dropping your head. The ankle weights increase abdominal tension and improve lower-back stability.
