Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift
Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width, toes slightly turned out. Place the kettlebell between your feet. Bend at your hips and knees while keeping your back straight, grab the handle with both hands, and pull the kettlebell up by driving through your legs and hips. Squeeze your glutes at the top, then lower the weight under control.
