Pike Push-Ups

Pike Push-Ups

Start in a push-up position then walk your feet in and lift your hips high so your body forms an inverted V. Keep your arms straight and your head pointing toward the floor. Bend your elbows to lower the crown of your head toward the ground, then press back up to full extension. The piked angle shifts the load onto the shoulders, making it a strong bodyweight progression toward handstand pushing.
