Kettlebell Gorilla Row

Set two kettlebells on the floor between your feet and hinge at the hips into a wide athletic stance, gripping one handle in each hand. Keeping your back flat and torso braced, row one kettlebell up toward your hip while the other stays grounded, then lower it as you row the opposite side. Alternate sides in a steady rhythm, driving the elbow back and squeezing the lat at the top. Keep your hips low and your chest proud so the work stays in your back.
