T-Bar Row
Load a barbell into a landmine attachment or wedge one end into a corner. Straddle the bar and grip the handle or the bar itself with both hands close together. Hinge at the hips with your back flat and knees slightly bent. Pull the bar toward your chest by driving your elbows back, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the top. Lower under control and repeat.
