Cable Incline Bench Press

Cable Incline Bench Press

Set an incline bench between two cable towers with low pulleys and grip the D-handles with a neutral or pronated grip at chest level. Press the handles up and slightly together until your arms are extended, squeezing the upper chest at the top. Lower with control, keeping elbows at roughly a 45° angle. The cables provide constant tension through the full press.
