Smith Machine Incline Bench Press
Set an adjustable bench under the Smith bar at roughly a 30 to 45 degree incline. Lie back and grip the bar slightly wider than shoulder width. Unrack and lower the bar to your upper chest with control. Press it back up in the bar's locked path until arms are extended without snapping the elbows. The fixed path lets you focus on pure pressing without stabilizing the bar.
