Oblique crunch
Lie on your side with legs stacked on top of each other and both hands behind your head, elbows pointed forward. Bracing your core, crunch straight up by flexing laterally at the waist — lifting your ribs toward your hip without rotating the torso. Lower with control and complete reps, then switch sides.
