Cable Crossover Lateral Raises

Cable Crossover Lateral Raises

Stand between two cable towers with low pulleys, holding the opposite handle in each hand (so the cables cross in front of your body). With arms slightly bent and wrists neutral, raise both arms out laterally to shoulder height simultaneously, maintaining constant tension. Lower with control and keep the torso still throughout.
