Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extension
Attach a rope to a high pulley and stand facing away from the machine. Grab the rope ends with a neutral grip behind your head and step forward to create tension. With elbows up and close to your head, extend your arms overhead and split the rope ends slightly at the top to peak the contraction. Pause at the top, then return slowly. Keep your core tight and the movement controlled.
