Cable Incline Pushdown
Set an incline bench in front of a cable tower with a high pulley, lying back with your head closer to the column. Grip a straight or EZ bar (or rope) with arms extended overhead toward the pulley. Keeping your elbows pointed toward the ceiling, bend at the elbows to lower the handle behind your head, then extend your arms back up, squeezing the triceps at the top.
