Cable V-Bar Triceps Pushdown
Attach a V-bar (triangle) to a high pulley. Stand upright and grab the handles with a neutral or close-pronated grip, elbows tucked close to your sides. Push the handles straight down until your arms are fully extended, squeezing the triceps at the bottom. Pause, then return slowly to about a 90° elbow angle.
