Cable Standing Hip Adduction

Cable Standing Hip Adduction

Attach an ankle cuff to a low cable pulley and fasten it around your working ankle. Stand side-on to the machine with the working leg furthest from the stack and grab the frame for balance. Keeping your torso upright and core braced, pull the working leg across the front of your body toward the midline. Control the return as the cable draws the leg back out, keeping tension on the adductors throughout.
