Hip Adduction Machine
Sit on the hip adduction machine with your back flat against the pad and your legs positioned on the outside of the knee pads. Select your weight and grip the handles for stability. Squeeze your inner thighs to bring the pads together in a controlled motion. Hold briefly at the fully closed position, then slowly allow the pads to return to the starting position without letting the weight stack slam. Keep your back against the pad and avoid shifting your hips throughout the movement.
