Up-to-date comparison between Kaizer and TotalGains: pricing, AI, white-label app, nutrition, language and billing. Both work great in Spanish — here's an honest read on where each one wins.
Kaizer and TotalGains are both coaching platforms. The big difference is the AI: TotalGains generates routines and diets with AI and lets you correct them in 1 click, but that's where it stops. Kaizer doesn't just generate — it re-progresses each client's routine automatically after every session they log, recalculating the estimated 1RM with NSCA tables and adjusting weights and reps, with you keeping the final say. Add the depth of a product with 1000+ trainers across 20+ countries and 120k+ routines generated, and the scale tips toward Kaizer. Spanish is at parity in both (not a differentiator), and billing in pesos instead of euros helps if you're in LATAM. TotalGains wins if you also want diets, your own white-label app, and everything in one cheap EUR bundle.

(1) White-label: it includes a native iOS/Android app with your branding, AI-generated visual themes and setup in under an hour, at no extra cost on its plans — Kaizer doesn't offer a per-coach white-label app. (2) Nutrition: a diet module with a 240,000+ food database, AI diet generation and food entry via photo or PDF — a whole category Kaizer deliberately leaves out (training only). (3) Payments: zero platform commission, you collect via your own Stripe with no per-client volume penalty. If you're a Spain-based coach who wants training + nutrition + a branded app + payments in one cheap EUR package, TotalGains is a legitimately good all-in-one.

Not in the same way. TotalGains generates routines and diets with AI and lets you correct them in 1 click, and its dashboard tracks load progression — but it doesn't document an engine that re-progresses weights and reps automatically based on what the client logs. Kaizer recalculates each client's estimated 1RM after every session (using sets, reps and RIR) with NSCA tables and updates the weights and reps of upcoming sessions; the coach lets it run unattended or keeps it as a suggestion.
TotalGains bills in euros with VAT included: a lifetime Free plan up to 3 athletes, then Starter €29.90/mo (up to 25 athletes), Pro €89.90/mo (up to 100, marked recommended) and Unlimited €149.90/mo (unlimited athletes, data migration included); all plans include AI and the white-label app. Kaizer has a Free plan up to 3 clients, then Starter / Pro / Unlimited with the adaptive AI included, shown in USD and charged in pesos. It depends on your business. TotalGains includes a strong nutrition module: a 240,000+ food database, AI diet generation and food entry via photo or PDF. Kaizer doesn't do nutrition on purpose: we focus 100% on training and programming to go deeper on adaptive progression. If you sell meal plans, TotalGains covers that; if your value is training quality and retention, Kaizer.
True, Spanish is at parity: TotalGains is native to Spain and Kaizer offers the full product in Spanish (Rioplatense and neutral). Language isn't the differentiator. The decision comes down to the AI (Kaizer re-progresses weights and reps after every session, TotalGains generates and you correct by hand), the retention that adaptation drives, and the depth of a product with 1000+ trainers across 20+ countries and 120,000+ routines. Billing in pesos instead of euros helps if you're in LATAM.
