Comparison between Kaizer and TrueCoach: price, AI, language, white-label app and support. TrueCoach is loved in the US; Kaizer is the play if you want routines that re-program themselves after every session.
TrueCoach is a premium English-language platform deeply loved by US-based coaches, with a clean video-first UX. Kaizer does the same job and also automatically adjusts weights and reps after every session the client logs (using completed sets, RIR and estimated 1RM) — on TrueCoach that whole cycle is manual. It also shows prices in USD and charges in pesos, and works perfectly in Spanish. The AI is optional — turn it off anytime; you keep the final say. If you work 100% in the US in English and prefer programming by hand, TrueCoach is valid. If you want the plan to adjust itself after every session, Kaizer.

No. TrueCoach is deliberately manual: the coach creates each plan, updates it by hand, records changes. That's part of their product philosophy — but in 2026, with client data available, that's manual work that can be automated. Kaizer automatically adjusts weights and reps after every session the client logs, using NSCA-derived 1RM estimates; the coach approves or lets it run unattended.
TrueCoach starts around USD $19–$29/month for up to 5 clients and scales by client count, with higher tiers reaching $99+/month. Kaizer has a Free plan up to 3 clients, then Starter / Pro / Unlimited with adaptive AI included. Current pricing on kaizer.app/en/pricing.
It's tough. TrueCoach is 100% English, USD-only billing via Stripe US, no LATAM support. Some LATAM coaches use it for English-speaking clients, but for a local base it's unnecessary friction. Kaizer removes that friction: it works perfectly in Spanish, with prices shown in USD and charged in pesos.
TrueCoach has a deeply loved UX — minimalist, video-first, focused on essentials. Kaizer is modern, single-dashboard, with guided onboarding. Both are good; the decision criterion shouldn't be aesthetics but capabilities (AI, language, LATAM billing).
