Harbiz uses AI to generate initial plans — good for getting started quickly. But once generated, the plan stays. Kaizer takes every workout the client logs, recalculates the estimated 1RM with NSCA tables and adjusts the weights and reps of upcoming sessions. You choose whether it runs unattended or as a suggestion to approve. The difference between 'I used AI once' and 'my routine is adapting in real time to the client'. The AI is optional — turn it off anytime; you keep the final say.
