Up-to-date comparison between Kaizer and Harbiz: adaptive AI, nutrition, support and price. Honest about where each wins.
Harbiz and Kaizer are both Spanish-language coaching platforms. The short version: Harbiz only generates; Kaizer adapts. Harbiz has a solid all-in-one product for individual wellness pros who need nutrition + billing + basic branding. Kaizer wins if you want weights and reps to update automatically after every session the client logs, or need prices shown in USD and charged in pesos in LATAM.

We handle the migration for you, in under 48 hours: clients, routines and history. No CSV exports, nothing to upload by hand. Zero downtime for your clients.
No. Harbiz uses AI to generate routines (a good starting point), but the routines are static: once created, they don't change based on client performance. Kaizer automatically adjusts weights and reps after every workout the client logs, recalculating the estimated 1RM with NSCA tables from sets, reps and RIR; the coach can let it run unattended or keep it as a suggestion to approve.
Harbiz starts around USD $19/mo (BASIC, up to 5 clients) and scales to $129/mo (PRO, up to 50) and $219/mo (APP, white-label). Kaizer has a Free plan up to 3 clients, then Starter / Pro / Unlimited with adaptive AI on all paid tiers and the white-label app included from Pro. Current pricing on kaizer.app/en/pricing.
Today Kaizer is focused on personal trainers. The gym model — multi-coach dashboard, multi-location and MAU-based pricing — is on our roadmap, not available yet. Harbiz doesn't cover it either: it's built for individual wellness pros (PT, nutritionist, physio, yoga), with no serious product for gyms with memberships, group classes, multi-location or access control.
Yes, Harbiz includes a nutrition module — useful if you need meal planning + training in one tool. Several reviewers note the food database is limited. Kaizer is deliberately training-only — we do coaching better than anyone and leave nutrition to specialized tools.
Polarized reviews — some clients rate it excellent, others terrible (reported inconsistency). Europe-hours support. Kaizer offers fast support in LATAM hours and a consistently high support NPS.
Yes, and we do it for you. Book a 15-minute call, give us access to your current tool, and our team migrates clients, routines and history. You review, publish, and your clients open the Kaizer app — all in under 48 hours.
Harbiz only generates. Kaizer adapts. That's the central difference: Kaizer runs the coach + AI progression loop after every session the client logs, not when the coach happens to remember to update.
